About Tip

 Meantime Movement Practitioner 

Tiffany (Tip) is the creator and practitioner behind Meantime Movement, a wellness approach designed to guide individuals through the waiting periods of life with mindful movement and intentional breathwork. With over 15 years of teaching experience, she has cultivated an inclusive, accessible practice rooted in emotional and physical well-being.

Currently obtaining a Master of Science in Yoga Therapy from Notre Dame of Maryland University, Tiffany's approach is grounded in her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, understanding that the mind and body are deeply interconnected. As a Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher, 500 Level RYT, and Certified Environmental & Sound Specialist, she is attuned to the importance of creating safe, inclusive environments for all.

A passionate advocate for serene spaces, Tiffany uses her love for the creative arts to design environments that promote peace and relaxation, helping people feel connected and calm in the spaces they inhabit. Through initiatives like “Stretch on the Lawn”, a community program bringing somatic stretch to wider audiences, and “Serene Spaces for Me”, which supports parents in creating calming environments, she extends the benefits of Meantime Movement beyond the classroom.
